This Agreement (the "Agreement") comprises the terms and conditions ("the Conditions") that govern the provision of the Services, as defined below, to the clients (the "Client or Clients") of IWHU Technologies, Corp, an Indian Firm company whose registered office is 105, R.S Verma RD, KOL (WB), India 712258 (the "Company").
The Conditions, as defined below, explain the Company's responsibilities to the Clients and the Client's responsibilities to the Company and to other users of the internet. The Conditions in particular outlines what the Company considers to be unacceptable use of the internet by its Clients and is necessary in order to enable the Company to take appropriate steps against abusers of the internet.
Legal Hosting Agreement ("LHA")
IWHU Technology, Corp. Under this all reserves the right to supplement and/or amend, at any time, the terms and conditions of this LHA, including the TOS, AUP, SLA, and PA. IWHU will notify its Customers through the customer portal of any changes affecting cancellation, payment of fees, or the SLA. It is the Customer's responsibility to review IWHU's policies on a frequent basis to ensure compliance because the LHA in place during your most current month applies, not the LHA which was in place when you registered. Changes requested by Customer to any of these agreements or to the LHA must be agreed to in writing by IWHU.

Rapidleech Hosting Agreement ("RHA")
IWHU Technology, Corp. Decide after our Previous year memory - to separate the Rapidleech Hosting Agreement. Al Rapidleech Hosting or Torrent Flux hosting will follow this Agreement. It is the Customer's responsibility to review IWHU's policies on a frequent basis to ensure compliance because the RHA in place during your most current month applies, not the RHA which was in place when you registered. Changes requested by Customer to any of these agreements or to the RHA must be agreed to in writing by IWHU.

Privacy Agreement
IWHU considers user privacy paramount, and IWHU utilizes great care in keeping the information of the customer and/or user ("Customer") private and secure. Additionally, IWHU adheres to the Safe Harbor Principles as agreed to and set forth by the United States Department of Commerce and the European Union (“EU”). To demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy, the following agreement has been created to explain our policies and procedures in relation to all data collected.

Disclaimer
IWHU will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. IWHU makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. IWHU disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by IWHU and its employees. IWHU makes a 99.9% Uptime guarantee. IWHU keeps daily backups of their shared and reseller servers. No backups are stored or provided for Virtual Dedicated Servers, or Dedicated Servers. While IWHU tries its best to keep recent working backups, we are unable to provide any guarantee for the accuracy, date, or integrity of its backups. IWHU can accept no responsibility for any loss of data or consequences arising from this. IWHU always advises clients to back up their site data regularly for their own protection. IWHU furthermore expects that its customers who provide hosting services (resellers) to others will ensure its customers fully comply with all applicable laws concerning the privacy of online communications and any other policy of IWHU. A customer's failure to comply with those laws will violate this policy. If a customer provides hosting services (resellers) to others and decides to cancel their reseller hosting account with IWHU then IWHU will not be responsible for maintaining hosting for the resellers customers. Finally, IWHU wishes to emphasize that in accepting services, customers indemnify IWHU for the violation of any law or IWHU policy, that results in loss to IWHU or the bringing of any claim against IWHU. This means that if IWHU is sued because of activities of the customer that violate any law, or this policy, the customer will pay any damages awarded against IWHU, plus costs and reasonable legal fees. Failure to comply with any of our terms & conditions will result in grounds for immediate account deactivation. IWHU reserves the right to change, edit, or update the policies contained in this document, along with the content on our website at any time for any reason without notice.
Server Limites
85% cpu and or memory for 15 minutes. Combined 15% CPU & RAM over 24 hours. 500 email limit per domain per hour. 50 concurrent database connections at one time. Apache threads to be open no longer then 999 seconds. Php upload limit of 105 megs. Max php session time of 300 seconds or less. Limits are subject to change at anytime.
